Flat-rate pricing is based on average size job. If job is larger than "Average", pricing will be higher. Half baths please round up.
Deep Cleaning is recommended for first time cleans if starting recurring services. Move In/Out requires a vacant home absent of furniture, people, etc. in order to provide a quality cleaning. Please do not schedule cleaning on same day as movers to avoid scheduling conflicts.
