Kamesha Clinkscales, the proud owner of Humble Mindset Cleaning Company, started her journey in the high-tech sector.

After attending and graduating with honors from Baylor University with a degree in Management Information Systems and Marketing, Kamesha gained valuable experience working at prestigious companies like IBM and Bank of America. It was during this time that she recognized the need for reliable and exceptional home cleaning services. In 2013, driven by her passion for providing outstanding service, Kamesha founded Humble Mindset Cleaning Company.

The early years were filled with the challenges that come with starting a new business: building a loyal customer base, assembling an exceptional team, and the inevitable stress that accompanies venturing into the unknown. However, through perseverance and dedication, Humble Mindset Cleaning Company began to flourish and expand its reach throughout the Hampton Roads area. We continuously innovated our hiring processes, scheduling techniques, and customer service, ensuring that our maid service stood out as a unique and top-quality cleaning business.

Throughout our growth, we have never lost sight of our core mission: to create clean, healthy, and enjoyable spaces where people can unwind and find comfort in their homes. From day one to the present, our unwavering commitment has been to alleviate the burden of cleaning, allowing our customers to breathe a little easier. Then came the year 2020—a year filled with unprecedented challenges and uncertainties. Like many businesses, we were deeply impacted by the pandemic and faced a sudden 50% decline in our business. The Humble Mindset Cleaning Service area lockdown left us scared and unsure of the future. However, during this trying time, something incredible happened: our customers became an integral part of our story. Their unwavering support and generosity allowed us to navigate through the financial hardships. They stood by us, enabling us to provide cleaning services to frontline workers who were overworked and too exhausted to clean their own homes. It was a testament to the strength of our community and the genuine care we have for one another.
